Payment

Please pay for your item via PayPal immediately after checking out. Slow payment equals slow shipment;) (wink, wink!)

Shipping

Once items are shipped via USPS, it is impossible for me to be held responsible. This includes slow delivery by the USPS. I also can not be held responsible if you do not specify insurance be purchased (prior to purchase) and your item is damaged. If you need an item before a particular date (however obvious - i.e. Christmas), PLEASE convo me via Etsy so I can help you receive your item in time - I am here to help!!!

Refunds and Exchanges

I am happy to exchange an item for another if you are not satisfied with the one you received. All claims are made case-by-case and should be dealt with respectfully between the buyer and me.
