Welcome to my shop policies. I make ever effort to insure that both you- the customer- and I are happy with each and every sale. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me through a convo.

I live in a smoke-free but cat-friendly home. I have two playful kittens so please let me know if you have severe cat allergies before purchasing.

Payment

In general I prefer to accept PayPal for all payments. Through PayPal you are able to use your bank account, credit cards or electronic check to make a purchase. If for some reason you absolutely do not want to use PayPal, please convo me and there is a chance we can make other arrangements.

If you place an order, I allow up to 3 days for payment to occur. If you place an order during one of my sales and I have to send you an updated invoice, the 3 days start from when I send you the invoice. On the third day I will convo you to discuss the payment and see if you still wish to make the purchase. If I do not hear back from you within 2 days I will automatically cancel the sale.

Shipping

First off a note on shipping fees here on Etsy. You will be charged the initial shipping fee on the item with the highest shipping fee. After that you will be charged the secondary shipping fees on the rest of your items.

Shipping will be via USPS unless other arrangements are made with me by way of a convo. If other arrangements are necessary there may be additional shipping fees depending on how much the shipping will cost me. In addition items not being shipped via USPS will take longer for me to ship since I will have to check on shipping costs before sending the package.

Shipping via USPS will occur the day after payment is received. Since I work a graveyard shift this mean shipments will be made early in the morning. The packages will be shipped as ground packages unless otherwise specified. This means that they will take 2-9 days before they arrive at your house (shipping times approximate-based on USPS posted information) . If you want the package shipped in 2-3 days there will be additional shipping fees.

My shipping fees are based not only on the postage but also on the cost of the materials and the time taken to wrap, seal and mail all items. Please do not think that I am trying to make extra money off of the shipping.
For international buyers: I'm also shipping your packages via USPS First-Class Mail International. This method will take longer for you to receive your package, however it is much cheaper for you. Since I have recently added international shipping, I apologize in advance for any minor difficulties that may occur at first.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please understand that while I make every effort to clearly photograph each item, colors can vary slightly from monitor to monitor. Returns will be accepted if an item is grossly misrepresented or arrives damaged. Please convo me for return arrangements.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I fully welcome custom orders if the materials are available to me. Custom orders will be prices on the materials and time involved. Therefore if you request something that is more expensive for me to create, the price will be more expensive then what I may normally have listed in the shop. An example would be if you wanted me to use sterling silver instead of silver-plated metal. In this case the sterling costs more so the price would be increased.
