Welcome to the Auburn & Ivory Policy page. Please feel free to convo me if you have questions or comments. I am convo friendly and will respond to each request promptly.

Payment

Payment is expected and appreciated at the time of purchase. I accept ONLY PayPal as it is the simplest and fastest transaction. The items will not be shipped until full payment is received.

++CA residents - sales tax will be included through PayPal

Shipping

The shipping amounts you will see on each item is for USPS 1st Class domestic mail with no insurance, in an effort to keep your shipping fees as low as possible. That fee also includes the cost of shipping supplies and package delivery to the post office.

If you want your item more quickly and/or want insurance, please convo me before paying and I will be happy to adjust your item accordingly. Personally, I prefer and recommend 1st Class Mail. But it is your choice.

If a First Class package is lost in the mail, I can provide you proof that it was shipped but cannot be held responsible if the USPS loses it.

If you are a San Diego local I will be more than happy to meet you for an exchange so you can avoid shipping costs!

Refunds and Exchanges

Your happiness is most important to me. If you are unhappy with a product or something happens (it never has) and a piece needs to be fixed or replaced I will do so at no charge. Ship your item back to me within 30 days of purchase, with a note to tell me what is wrong, and I will cheerfully fix the piece or refund your purchase price.

I would love to work with you on a custom order for any special occasion. I have completed special order collections for brides and individual custom pieces as well. Please feel free to contact me with your ideas and we'll see if we can work together to get it done.
