I take paypal and google checkout at this time - convo me for google checkout information.

Shipping

I ship USPS first class unless otherwise requested - packages over $100 will be insured free of charge and ship priority domestic.

For certain items I will ship priority insured at MINIMUM, domestic and international, because of the item cost. Express shipping is strongly suggested in these cases ($200+ items) - contact me for shipping details upon purchasing one of these items if you want express shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

Generally, items are photographed and described meticulously, and exchanges/returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be issued on INSURED ITEMS ONLY in the case of loss in the mail - if your item does not qualify for free insurance, please convo me to add insurance to costs. Refunds will be issued on damaged items when repair is not easily feasible.

I am open to wholesale orders, don't hesitate to include my line in your purchasing for your shop.

These items are made in a home with cats, and one in which there is a clove smoker who smokes outdoors - I say this in the interest of disclosure to the extremely allergic. If you are extremely sensitive, you may want to have someone else open your item for you, or use caution.

Oxidized sterling items are chemically oxidized and carefully cleaned, then finished with either a beeswax compound (regular) or a VEGAN alternative - please let me know if you have a preference, or get the default.

For sterling silver with silk thread designs, my cleaning suggestion is a "dry shampoo" method using baking soda and salt - simply dust and massage the item gently, then shake it free of the mix, the tarnish should come off.
