Payment

Payment

I prefer immediate paypal payment, but I expect payment within 48 hours of the order being placed. I will accept money orders, which must be sent within 7 business days of order. If you wish to cancel your order, please let me know for there maybe another customer wanting that item. If you're having any problems whatsoever, please contact me!

If in the event of nonpayment according to the time allotted above with no communication, I will cancel the sale and relist the item (unless the buyer has attempted to make contact and other arrangements for payment). It will result in negative feedback from my shop.

Shipping

I will ship your order within 2 business days of the order, unless the item is a custom order. Make sure your paypal address is correct! I print my labels through paypal. If in the event you need the item shipped elsewhere, contact me and let me know!

US
I ship usps first class mail. I can certainly upgrade the shipping method if asked. I will adjust the total and send an invoice. Priority and Express upon request.

International customers
Orders are shipped First Class International.. please request any other method. I reserve the right to cancel a sale if your country forbids items purchased from being shipped to you country. Here is a list of restrictments: http://pe.usps.gov/text/Imm/immctry.htm. I will NOT mark any package as a gift and any duties or custom fees you may incur are the buyer's responsibility.

Refunds and Exchanges

If an item is damaged in shipping please contact me immediately!
If at all possible, please photograph the damaged item and it’s packaging. We will work it out, whether it be to send you a replacement item or refund your money.

If there is a return or exchange, items must be returned in the condition in which they were sent to you.

Please contact me as soon as possible if you discover a problem so that we may discuss it.

Items which appear to have been damaged by an accident on your part or by general misuse are not considered to be faulty.
