Welcome

All items in this shop are handmade by me. Due to changes in some fabric patterns the item you purchase can be a little different than on the photo in the shop. I try to keep these differences as little as possible. Although this is what give handmade items their uniqueness and special character. No 2 items are identical.

Payment

Non-European buyers can pay with PayPal (www.paypal.com).

European buyers can also pay by bank transfer. The details are mentioned in the info that you receive when your order.

Payment is due within 14 days after placing your order. When no payment is received I will try to contact you by sending a convo and an e-mail. Orders will be cancelled if there is no response within 5 business days.

Cancelled orders that are paid already will be reimbursed via Paypal or bank transfer. Cancellation is only possible for items that are not ready made yet.

Shipping

Free worldwide shipping!

*TIME FRAME*
All items will be shipped (with regular airmail) within 3 to 15 business days after receiving your payment, depending on the size of your order and other running orders.
Please keep in mind that international shipping, especially trans-atlantic, can take 1 to 2 weeks. Within Europe is mostly less then 1 week.
It is always possible that your package will be delayed due to customs. Any custom fees need to be paid by the buyer and will not be refunded.

*ADDRESS*
Please make sure your address on Etsy matches your address on Paypal. If these are not the same (and there is no message to seller), I will ship to your Etsy address.

Refunds and Exchanges

*EXCHANGES*
For hygenic reasons I do not accept any returns!
Cancellation is only possible for items that are not ready made yet.

*LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES*
Queen B. cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages and will not offer refunds. But please contact me before leaving feedback because maybe we can find a solution.

I’m open to custom orders! Maybe you want something in a different style, color,... Or maybe you’ve got an idea in your head you want to share. I will do my best to accommodate you.

If you're buying a gift for someone and you want a message included, just convo me or write your message in the 'message to seller' box when purchasing the item. If you let me know that the item is a gift, I will gift wrap it for free.
