Reserved listing policy: I will reserve a listing for you and hold it for 3 days unless you contact me to make different arrangements. If you do not purchase the listing within 3 days I will sell what is available and I may not be able to fill your reserved listing. Please convo me to make arrangements for me to hold it longer than the time allowed. Thanks

Payment

I accept pay-pal, money orders and personal checks. If you pay with a money order or check your order will not ship until the payment has cleared.

RESERVED LISTINGS: I will hold your reserved listing for 3 days, if you have not paid for your reserved listing and a fabric sells out then you will have to pick a different fabric.

If you do not pay on the date you purchase you will need to notify me by convo that you have paid and the date you paid me or your purchase will be delayed going out in the mail.

There will be a sales tax applied through pay-pal when your are a Arkansas resident. Thanks for understanding.

Shipping

I AM NOT ABLE TO TRACK A INTERNATIONAL FLAT RATE ENVELOPE OR BOX WHEN IT GOES OUT OF THE U.S. SO IF YOU ASK FOR A FLAT RATE ENVELOPE OR BOX I CANNOT TRACK THE PACKAGE. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL PEOPLE ASK ME TO TRACK THEIR PACKAGE WHEN IT GOES OUT OF THE COUNTRY, THERE IS NO WAY TO DO THIS. IT CAN TAKE UP TO A MONTH (NORMALLY ONLY A WEEK OR TWO ) TO RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE, YOU SHOULD CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE TO SEE IF YOUR PACKAGE IS THERE BEFORE YOU CONVO ME. I CAN GIVE YOU A LABEL RECEIPT IF THIS WILL HELP. I CANNOT CONTROL THE CUSTOMS DEPARTMENTS IN YOUR COUNTRY THEREFORE I CANNOT GIVE YOU AN EXACT DATE AS TO WHEN YOUR PACKAGE WILL GET TO YOU.


**I CAN STUFF A FLAT RATE ENVELOPE FULL BUT ANYTHING OVER 7 YARDS IS NOT MY RESPONSIBLITY. If your fabric is damaged or lost because of you asking me to put more than 7 yards it will be at your risk. I hope you understand but these envelopes are not made for much more than 7 yards. I can only fit up to 4 yards of Home Decor Fabric in one. Thanks so much for understanding...

*****Please note the only way to get accurate shipping charges here on etsy is the following: If I only sell 1 to 3 yards it is accurate but if I sale 4 or more yards it's not so I have to refund the money in pay-pal, send a revised invoice or set up a reserved listing for all large orders.

3-7 yds (this does not include large cuts of one fabric - it gets very bulky when I cut a fabric in a large cut. If you want one fabric cut in a larger cut please convo me for the shipping cost) via USPS Priority Flat Rate Envelope $5.00/$10.95/12.95 (this does not include Heavy Home Decor fabrics, I can only fit up to 4 yards of Home Decor Fabric in one - convo me for that charge)

8-20 yds via USPS Priority Flat Rate Box $10.35/$25.95/$41.95 (this does not include Heavy Home Decor fabrics - convo me for that charge)

21-40 yds via USPS Priority Lrge FR Box $13.95/$32.95/$53.95 (this does not include Heavy Home Decor fabrics - convo me for that charge)

Please note that I ship to your etsy address if you have a address that you would prefer your order to be shipped to please notify me through the convo system here in etsy or in the notes to seller. Internet e-mails are not always very reliable so this is the best way to let me know.
I ship all items via USPS first class mail unless it weighs more than 13 oz in the U.S. If it does weigh more than 13 oz. and is going somewhere in the U.S. we will ship Priority Mail. I do not ship with insurance or with signature required unless you notify me before you purchase that you require it and are willing to pay the difference. I like to keep the cost down and this is why I use USPS.

I ship international orders ONLY 3 DAYS DURING THE WEEK If you are located outside the U.S. I ship all packages that weigh up to 4 lbs. USPS first class international mail, this means that your package could take up to 3 to 4 weeks to get to you depending on where you are located. If you are in need of your package earlier then please notify me before you pay and I can add the additional cost of getting it to you faster. International shipping is very expensive to ship Priority Mail and in order to keep the cost down I use First Class International Mail. Please notify me if you would like insurance or signature required and I can add the additional cost to your order before you pay. I cannot control the shipping process once it leaves my hands. It will usually take up to 4 weeks but it normally gets there within 2 weeks. I am not responsible for items lost once they are out of my hands, but I am willing to try to work something out if this happens. I strongly advise you to contact me before purchasing if you are needing your package insured.

Refunds and Exchanges

I am not responsible for lost packages, but I am willing to try to work something out with you. If you are not happy I will gladly consider a trade with you paying your shipping cost. Thanks so much!
