I don't believe in doing something that doesn't make you truly happy, which is probably why my checkbook hasn't been balanced in months... but I digress... Anyway, all of my beads and jewelry are handcrafted with a light heart. Each piece is truly one of a kind. I hope you enjoy your purchase as much as I enjoyed creating it. ~Donna

Payment

Immediate payment through Paypal is preferred, but please within 7 days.

Convo me if you'd like to use a CC without going through Paypal... I can do that too :)

Shipping

Orders totally $40 or more will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, this is done to provide tracking info and delivery confirmation.

I generally ship the same day I receive an order... sometimes life happens and it might take me till the next day... but always with 24 hours of receiving an order :)

If you are interested in making a purchase and are located outside of the US please contact me for a shipping quote as all shipping prices are for shipping within the US.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds okay within 7 days of receipt but please convo me before sending anything back. Please use the same care in returning your item as I did in sending it.

$120+ will receive 10% off
$220+ will receive 20% off

Please convo me about this before paying... I will send you a revised invoice, and please note that orders at this dollar amount will need insurance to be paid by the buyer.
