Payment

Payment is to be made at time of purchase. We accept Paypal as payment only.

Wholesale & Custom Orders are welcome!!
Full payment is required before work can begin on custom/wholesale orders.

Shipping

Stocked items will ship in 1-3 days.

I ship to the Paypal address, please check to see that paypal has your current address.

All shipping is done through USPS-either first Class mail, or Priority.

Please contact me if you would like a gift shipped directly to recipient.

Insurance can be an be added to any USA order.

Please request insurance in "notes to seller" and then wait for an adjusted invoice before making payment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
I will ship internationally. Please contact me for the most accurate shipping rates. The international rates quoted in listings is often far higher for most countries, than the real cost would be.
Customer is responsible for any customs taxes or extra fee's your country imposes.

My shipping charges include the cost of shipping and packaging materials.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you have questions or problems with an order, please contact me right away. I will do by best to remedy the situation. I stand behind the quality of my work.

I will accept returns on unused, unwashed items, if there is a problem, but I need to notified by buyer within four days of receipt. Item needs to be returned within 10 days.
Money will be returned into your paypal account, upon receipt of item in original condition-shipping fee's cannot be refunded.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Coupons:
-Please enter coupon code in notes to seller while purchasing. After purchasing through etsy, either wait to pay until I have emailed you an adjusted invoice, or pay as normal and I will refund appropriate discount amount back into your Paypal account, prior to your order shipping.

-Coupon codes cannot be combined with other offers OR sales/sale items. They may only be redeemed once.

-Shipping is excluded in percentage% off coupons.

Safety First:
Please do not leave your child unattended while wearing bibs. They are not meant for use while child is sleeping. Please check snaps at each use to ensure they are secure.

Snaps meet the current CPSIA standards for lead and phthalates.
