Welcome to my shop. I hope you have found something that appeals to you.
So you want to know about my policies, eh? Well, here we go then:

All the glass beads in my shop are made by me, one by one in my basement workshop. I may not have my own kiln (yet), but never fear, I take all my beads to be properly annealed by professionals at my local glass vendors. They know what they are doing, namely removing the tension in the beads that occurs when they cool. This makes the beads durable and unlikely to break for no reason.

As for jewelry - anything that looks like silver is sterling silver. Anything that looks like gold is either vermeil (gold plated sterling silver) or gold fill (a very thick layer of gold on a base metal core). Which it is will be noted in the listing.

All beads will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected for cracks before being listed.

I do my best to adjust the colours of the pictures to what I see in the beads, but as you may know, colours will invariably show up different on different monitors.

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to send off a convo.

Payment

I accept payment through PayPal and appreciate immediate payment. If you are from Denmark I will accept a bank transfer too, preferably within a max. of 3 days.
I do not mind holding/reserving items for you for a while, e.g. until payday.

Shipping

I will generally ship off your purchase within 2 workdays from payment received, most times the next day. If I for some reason am not able to, I will let you know through the Etsy convo system or the e-mail address provided by Etsy. Please be sure that your address is the same on both PayPal and Etsy to ensure a smooth transition.
I will let you know when your purchase is shipped through convo or email.

I will not be responsible for any extra costs that might arise from sending off your order, such as taxes and custom fees. I will mark the custom slip with the item price (minus postage) and cross the 'other' option.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, do send me a convo or mail so I can help make it right.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, you will be responsible for the postage and packaging.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Please remember that even though these beads have been annealed they are still glass, and may break if dropped on hard surfaces or by other types of blows. Broken beads may be sharp, please use your best judgement and dispose of them safely.
Do not give beads to small children (or pets) to play with, as they may pose a choking hazard. Again, please use your best judgement to determine whether your child is old enough to not stick everything in his/her mouth.
