Welcome

I'm a very understanding person. If for any reason you are not happy with my product please do say so. I am kind and caring and will provide the best experience for my customers as possible. Please if you have any issues do contact me especially before leaving feedback.

Payment

-I accept paypal, check, and money order.
-Please pay within 3 days of purchase. If not payed in 3 days the order will be canceled.
-If you change you mind please do tell me asap. If your order has been shipped just send the order back when you receive it. Once I receive the package I will refund the amount except for shipping and handling.

Shipping

-I ship through USPS first class. It will take 3-10 days for delivery. Please allow 2 weeks before contacting me about missing orders. Confirmation and insurance of package is upon request.
-Shipping price includes postage, bubble mailer, and whatever else goes into making a wonderful package.
-My orders are shipped mostly in a bubble mailer with the items wrapped in bubble wrap in a paper box.
-If you wish to have insurance, delivery confirmation, or a faster different form of shipment just say so and I will send you another receipt with the adjusted price.
-I do ship internationally.
-If your order is a gift I will gladly ship directly to them.
-I ship to the Etsy address if the etsy and paypal address do not match. So make sure you put in the correct address when you fill it in Etsy.

Refunds and Exchanges

-I will do exchanges for same priced items
-If a refund is necessary the shipping will not be refunded if the item has already been shipped. If the order has not been shipped then shipping will be refunded.
-If items are damaged in the mail send back the damaged items and new ones will be sent to you. Please do contact me before sending back your order or items.
-I will not refund items after 3 weeks of sending out your order.

Consignment is welcome please contact me for details.
All items come from a pet friendly smoke free home. I do try my hardest to keep pet hair out of packages.
