Payment

At this time, I accept PayPal only.

Immediate payment is greatly appreciated. Please submit payment no later than 3 days after purchase. If payment is not received within 3 days, I will send one reminder. After one week, if no payment has been received, I will cancel the sale and leave appropriate feedback.

Shipping

Orders are delivered via email within 24 hours of cleared payment. Files will be sent to the email address on record with Etsy - please be sure your email address is current and correct.

If you do not receive your file(s) within 24 hours, first check your junk/spam folder. Occasionally, emails do get lost in cyberspace. If your files are not in your junk/spam folder, please contact me and I would be happy to re-send.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the electronic nature of my products, and the ability for them to be easily re-produced, there are no refunds.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All designs are copyrighted by Momma MC Stitches. The purchaser of record has permission to use these designs on items for sale, in limited quantities. No mass production is allowed. Reproducing, selling or sharing of designs in any manner, is strictly prohibited.
