Welcome to Simply Twisted! I take great pride in creating high quality hand made work. I absolutely love what I do and you will be able to tell that in the items you purchase. I work with high quality materials and only sell items I would be thrilled to receive.

Payment

Payment by PayPal is due within 3 days. If payment is not received within 3 days and other arrangements have not been made via contact with buyer, the sale will be canceled and items re-listed.

Shipping

As of right now I ship US orders USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation/tracking number.

International shipping does not come with tracking. If you would like to purchase tracking please just convo me and I would be happy to figure out exactly how much it will be and send you a revised invoice. Once packages leave my hands I am not responsible. I will do my best to make sure that your package reaches you safely and without problems.

Refunds and Exchanges

I like happy customers. Okay, I LOVE happy customers! So far I have not had any issues of the sort, so I am making this up as I go along. If you are not satisfied please contact me as soon as possible. Refund for the purchase price minus shipping will be given as long as you contact me within 5 days of receiving the item & promptly mail the item back to me. As soon as I receive the item in the shape I sent it to you I will refund the money. Any issues that may arise after that time period will be dealt with in store credit or based on whatever unique situation.

Let me know if you have a custom order in mind. Hand dyed, handspun yarn is hard to recreate but I would be happy to try!
