Here at giraffe&rabbit, we create fun gifts and accessories - and of course, this fun extends to our shop policies, as I try to make each purchase as easy and satisfying for you. Please read the below information carefully prior to purchase.
Payment
I accept PayPal from international buyers. For those living in Australia, Direct Debit payment is also available. Please ask me in a conversation for details.
There is no deadline for payment, but if you know that payment will not be received within 5 days, please let me know :) I won't hunt you down, I promise!
In terms of cancellations, I understand that sometimes situations change. However, I cannot accept cancellations after 7 days of purchase, as usually your purchase will already have been shipped! If you have not paid, I am happy to cancel your order.
Shipping
All items are shipped via regular AirMail, without registration. However, registration is available for peace of mind for an extra cost -just let me know what you're after in a conversation, and I will change the postage costs on the listing and reserve it for you. Via regular shipping, orders should arrive within 3 working days for Australian orders and 4-10 working days for international orders.
If your purchase is urgent, please let me know ASAP and I will post it via Express Post for an extra cost. This cost depends on what item you have purchased (ie. depending on the size of your purchase, as Australia Post has premade satchels for Express Post). Via Express Post, items should arrive the next business day for orders within Australia, and between 3-6 working days for international orders.
Refunds and Exchanges
Keep in mind that all items are handmade, but the quality of products and the love put in each one is high! However, this means that not all products will be identical in nature, and that's a good thing :)
However, if there is anything wrong with your products, I cannot give refunds but am happy to do exchanges or create something close to what you ordered.
Please note that if your order is lost with the postal service I am unable to give refunds. However, if you let me know the situation I am happy to give you a discount on further purchases. If you would like more peace of mind, please enquire about registered shipping.

GIFTWRAPPING::
Each purchase is carefully and beautifully gift-wrapped using materials including tissue paper, ribbon, buttons, pretty paper strips, embellishments, boxes, organza bags...you get the idea! If you are buying something as a gift, just let me know in the message to seller part of the purchase and I'll throw in a free, handmade gift card :)
