Welcome to Cherry Valentino Designs! Me and my darling pug, Nocciola, are happy to offer you our fun, handmade items. Every piece is made with the upmost love and care, and we hope you have fun in our shop! Payment

- We accept Paypal!
- We accept RME!
- Please pay within 3 days of ordering!
- Please clarify your shipping address when paying for fast and secure delivery.

Shipping

- Packages will be shipped via USPS in the most economical and safe way possible depending on the item.

- I always use delivery confirmation if possible.

- Shipping costs will be laid out on each particular item, so check the item description for shipping costs.

- International shipping has never come up with our shop, but if you are overseas and interested, please convo us with your address and we will calculate shipping for the item you are interested in!

- We will ship within 3 business days of payment.

- We use recycled packaging when possible. If you would rather us not, just ask!

- Please clarify your shipping address when paying for fast and secure delivery.

Refunds and Exchanges

- If you are not happy with your item, please contact me within 3 days of receiving it for a refund. Return shipping will be paid by customer.

- Seller is not responsible for lost or damaged items, unless it is a clear case of negligent packaging. However, should this occur, please contact me immediately to see if there's anything we can do about the matter.

Additional Policies and FAQs

- We are open to custom orders!
- We keep the materials and items clean and away from Nocciola, but do be aware that there is a pug in the household.
- Smoke free shop!
- Each piece approved by a spoiled, black pug. He snorts his approval and sneezes if it's not finished to his liking yet.
