Thanks for shopping here! I make pretty much every piece of every item in this shop. This isn't what I do for a living, but it's what I do to stay sane. I get a lot of joy out of the process, and I hope you get the same joy from the end product.

Your satisfaction is always most important to me -- I want my work to find happy homes. If there's any issues, get in touch and we'll work it out.

Payment

Purchases paid by personal check will be shipped as soon as the check clears. Purchases paid via PayPal should leave my hands within two business days.

If payment is not received within 14 days of purchase, I reserve the right to cancel the sale. Just contact me if there's an issue.

Shipping

I generally ship via USPS first class. Please contact me for information about international or expedited shipping. I will make every attempt to ship your order within two business days of receiving payment, or to tell you right away if it's going to take longer.

All items are packaged to withstand the Postal Service's worst behavior.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with an item you've purchased, please contact me as soon as you receive it and I'll make it right.

In general, I'm happy to repair or replace things that break, as long as you've taken good care of it, for the life of the work. Enamel and glass pieces are sometimes an exception -- they are delicate, so depending upon the degree of damage, I may or may not be able to fix the problem.

I love to do custom work, but please be aware that I have a day job as well. Larger orders are welcome, but may take a little while.
