Payment

I take Paypal payment only. Payment must be made within 3 days of purchase order. Items will not be shipped until payment is received. If payment is not made within 3 days I will convo with a reminder once with one day to pay. If no payment the order will be canceled.

Shipping

I ship on Saturdays but sometimes ship during the week if I am out and about. Please let me know if you need your purchase sent sooner and I will do whatever I can to help.
If you would like insurance added to your package please let me know as soon as you order.
If priority or over night shipping is required, buyer is required to contact seller within 24 hours of purchase and pay additional shipping fees. We are not held accountable for any packages that ship late if the seller is not contacted, and the payment is not made within 24 hours to update the shipping information.

Domestic parcels will be shipped to your paypal address unless noted otherwise. Please verify that your paypal address is correct before placing an order.

For international orders, please verify that your etsy address is correct, as I do not use paypal to ship internationally.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please conov if you have any problems. I cannot be held responsible for lost packages but will do all I can to help.

All domestic packages are shipped by PAYPAL. It is your responsibility to have the correct address in your paypal, or contact me otherwise. We do not offer refunds or reshipment's of products sent to the wrong address. Having the correct paypal address is your responsibility.
