All the glass art for sale is handmade by me in my home. I make my work full time so please help make it possible for me to continue focusing on this great art form full time.

Payment

Please make payment within 7 days of purchase. I accept paypal and cashiers checks. If you are going to send a check please let me know so I can expect it.

Shipping

I ship large items and orders UPS Ground. Small orders I will usually send out USPS Priority.

I ship everywhere but please contact me if you are ordering one of my larger items so I can give you an exact quote on the shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

If an item is damaged when you receive it I will allow it to be exchanged within 7 days of your receipt of the item. Buyer must ship original item back. Seller is not responsible for return shipping costs. Please notify me immediately if the item is damaged so I know to expect it back in the mail.

***Please be aware that every computer screen shows colors slightly different than another. Please keep that in mind when purchasing anything online.*** Refunds or exchanges will not be given because of colors.

Additional Policies and FAQs

If you commission my services for a custom order, the first 35% of the price must be paid upfront and is non-refundable. The remainder of the fee must be paid prior to shipping.
