Payment

Paypal is preferred. Google Checkout and money orders/cashiers checks also accepted. You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay by credit card via Paypal.

Please pay within 3 days of purchase, or contact me, I'm flexible.

CA residents pay 8.25% tax. ick, I know.

Shipping

Shipments go out Monday through Thursday.

* Will ship any item internationally.* If you have a large order I will ship Priority Mail, otherwise all items ship First Class to save you postage.

If you purchase multiple items, please wait for an invoice with combined shipping charges to save you money. All items shipped USPS with Delivery Confirmation.

Insurance is optional, Dragonarium is not responsible for damage or loss. I have sold on Ebay for 4 years, I ship with the utmost care.

Refunds and Exchanges

I'm happy to answer any questions about items, how they were created, shipping info, or to send more photos. Please ask away before you buy.

There is no blanket return policy, as all cases are different. All sales are final unless something weird happens, like I send you a giant pink squid when you bought a small green hamster. It happens.

~~~~~~ Wholesale ~~~~~~

Wholesale orders over $250 are welcome. Items in my store can be replicated to a point. All pieces are made by hand, so colors and shapes will be similar though not exact.

I'm happy to work with you to do series, sets, or anything within my abilities. Most of my pieces never make it to my Etsy shop before they are sold, so there is all kinds of fun stuff you don't see here. Ask me and we'll collaborate!
