I am just a simple girl hoping to make the world a better place with beautiful fiber and handspun yarn. I am 100% addicted to my craft and adore chatting about it. Please do not hesitate to shoot me a conversation if you have any questions at all!

Payment

Please submit your payment within two days of purchase. I prefer PayPal, but will accept a check or money order. If mailing a check, once the check clears your order will be shipped. Taxes will be added for Arkansas State Residents.

Shipping

All orders ship out United States Priority Mail. I do this to ensure you get your fiber quick. If you would like less expensive shipping options, just send me a conversation with your location and zip code (if applicable) and I will send you a shipping quote. I ship items on Tuesday and Friday.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, I will accept returns within 7 days of purchase. As long as the yarn has not been altered in anyway. (Altering includes placing into a ball or starting to knit or crochet with it) Please send me a conversation and let me know what is going on. I am very willing to do anything I can to make you a happy customer!

Additional Policies and FAQs

Each yarn will come in a hand wrapped hank skein. If you do not know how to put it into a ball, this could be difficult. I am more than willing to place it on my ball winder for you, just request it.
I try to capture the colors of my yarn to the best I can! Colors will always vary due to different computers and different settings. I always try to accurately describe the colors of the yarn in the description. If you have questions about the colors, please send me a conversation. If your order arrives and it is not what you expected, please email me at cyndi [!at] thetwistedpurl.com.

~♥~CUSTOM ORDERS~♥~
I do accept custom orders. Since your interpretation of red and mine could be very different, I need a picture of the colors you have in mind...something on a website or something you take a picture of. If you do not want to do this I will paint anything you would like, but know, it could turn out a little different than you expect. I have been professionally trained through the company I purchase my dye from and I proudly can recreate any color I see. Also, be sure to order enough yarn you need for your project. I can always paint more in the same colorway, but there will always be slight variations.

Inspirational Series Custom Orders~ I have started a new series of yarn named after Bible verses. If you would like to see your favorite scripture in color, please send me a conversation with your scripture and after pray full consideration, I will paint the colors God puts on my heart. Your Custom Order will come with a small scripture card with your verse on it.
