Mavalili is the creative outlet, where my manic mind spews its contents. You never know what I might come up with next, because I don't even know that! Check back often to see what else Mavalili comes up with!

Payment

Payment is due up front, as soon as you hit SUBMIT. I accept paypal and money orders. If you decide to pay via money order, it must be a US postal money orders. So international buyers must use paypal.

If you are having paypal trouble, please contact me, I would be more than happy to help you through the process, same with Etsy checkout, I know it can get a little confusing, so chances are if you don't hear from me within a day of purchasing an item, it didn't go through. Please contact me and we will work it out together!

Shipping

I ship the following day after you make a purchase except on Saturday, your order will ship Monday morning.

All packages go out USPS. Please make sure you give me a valid address. If an item is returned to me because you gave me an invalid address, you will have to responsible for the second round of shipping! Sorry! Always check your address!!!

Insurance and Delivery Confirmation is available upon request. Please leave me a note in "Note to Seller"

I'm sorry I can't be responsible for lost of damaged packages. If you would like to purchase insurance, please include a message at checkout.

Please be aware that shipping internationally may have additional duties and custom fees. These are the buyers responsibility. Please contact your local customs organization for more information.

Refunds and Exchanges

Its important for me that you are happy with your item so I will accept exchange of your item for a similar item, if there is a problem. You must contact me within 7 days of you receiving your item.
