Welcome

Welcome to Grandma’s Arts and Crafts Store. We strive to make our customers completely satisfied with their purchases. If you ever have any problems with your order, please contact us BEFORE leaving feedback. We will usually answer within 24 hours, but at times it may take longer, so please be patient. Items here are created by either myself or my mother. Both of our homes are SMOKE FREE.

Payment

We accept Paypal, RevolutionMoneyExchange (contact us for payment information), Google Checkout (contact us for payment information), and checks or money orders. Checks and money orders are subject to a holding period (only 24-48 hours for money orders) in order for funds to clear the bank. Please pay on-line or inform us that you have mailed payment within 3 days of purchase.

Shipping

Items are shipped within 2 business days of receiving CLEARED payment (if we are unable to meet this deadline, we will contact you). Shipping prices for most items are USPS first class mail, which usually takes 2-6 days for delivery. Some items will be shipped via parcel post (we try to make sure this is in the listing where this is the case). We may upgrade your shipment at our discretion. If you need the item faster, please contact us for pricing on upgrades.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are dissatisfied with our items, you may return them for a refund. Buyer pays return shipping. If the item is significantly not as described, the buyer will be refunded shipping costs. If you wish to make an exchange, please let us know what the issue is, and we will make arrangements on a case by case basis.

Additional Policies and FAQs

We are happy to consider all custom requests. Please make requests as detailed as possible. Photographs bought in quantities of three or more are eligible for a discount of $1.00 per photograph. Please contact us prior to making purchase (or we can refund the difference).
