My aim is to provide fabulous, affordable items with a unique touch to each and every one of my customers.

Just to let you know, I try my best to be earth friendly. All my packaging is completely recyclable! This is usually a combination of tissue paper, card, brown envelopes and bubble-wrap, which you can either re-use for packaging or stress relief.

Payment

I live in the UK and I'm a student so there's no tax or anything. My items will always be classed as gifts since I can't think of anything else they could really *be* classed as.

PayPal only because it's the quickest and easiest way. I'm a little untrustworthy of the Royal Mail at times when it comes to sending money orders.

Like anyone, I prefer instant payment. I'll give anyone five days to pay up unless they convo me to keep in touch and tell me what the delay is. If not, I will cancel the transaction.

Shipping

All my items are delivered through the Royal Mail and there's been no complaints yet. If something goes horribly wrong, convo me with a little note and I'll do what I can. I've been there with Etsy items not being delivered and people have been kind to me that it's only fair to do the same.

Refunds and Exchanges

I allow returns. Two weeks for the UK and a month for the rest of the world. Just so long as there's no damage done to the item in question. If something is damaged in transport, send it back and I'll repair it for free.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I can make custom chokers but the charm bracelets are a bit more difficult -I can't always get the exact same charms a second time.

If you do want something made up, convo me with at least a month in advance with details and we'll see what we can do.
