Welcome

Items are produced using traditional goldsmithing techniques. Custom inquiries are welcomed; whether you would like an existing item altered (length of chain, type of earring hardware), a similar item produced in another metal, or you have a specific design request (platinum a specialty), please feel free to convo me. See the "request custom item" section of my shop for more details!

Payment

I accept PayPal for all purchases. 6.25% sales tax will be added for Massachusetts residents, sorry!

Shipping

After your payment has cleared, orders are shipped USPS First Class (US buyers get free shipping and insurance on all orders) within two business days for in-stock items; made-to-order items can vary in completion time, and I will give you an estimated shipping date after your order has been received. Shipping can be upgraded at your discretion, just contact me before payment so I can issue a revised invoice. Items are packaged in a cotton-filled gift box, wrapped with a ribbon and ready for giving. Please note: I will ship to your Etsy address unless told otherwise.

Non-US residents: items will be shipped first-class registered mail, but cannot be fully insured. If you would like your item shipped priority and insured for its full value, the shipping charge will be $20 -- please convo me before you complete the checkout process so I can send you a revised invoice. I cannot be responsible for duty your country may apply to your order.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis; please convo me if there is any concern or question.
