It is important to me that you are happy and satisfied with my work. If there is ANYTHING I can do, I would love to make it happen within reason.I have been selling my art for many years and have not had a problem yet [knocking on wood].

Payment

I prefer Paypal. It really is fast, easy and safe for everyone. Thanks for your business. It helps me buy more art supplies.

Shipping

All items will be shipped USPS unless you request otherwise. I ship everything with the thought of the movies; Castaway and Cable Guy. I want my stuff to make it through any conditions. I ship daily.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not happy with your art within 7 days of receipt, I will refund your purchase price. You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item. However,please contact me first if there is any problem.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I am always happy to assist people in special projects, gift ideas, comissions, art lessons or consulting. I'm one of those super right brainer folks that is well versed in creative stuff. Just ask. I'd be happy to help.
