Welcome to Bellybutton Industries! I believe that good communication is the best predictor of a successful transaction and a happy customer, so please contact me with ANY questions you might have about my products or my policies.

Payment

Please pay for your purchase through the Paypal link on the order confirmation page. Payment must be received within 48 hours of placing your order or your order will be canceled. If I have not received notification of your payment within 24 hours of ordering I will send you an email confirming your order and reminding you to complete your purchase through Paypal. If circumstances arise that make it impossible for you to pay within 48 hours, but you still want your items, please contact me! I'm willing to work with you!

Shipping

Default shipping on all of my items is USPS First Class. If you would like faster shipping, or if you would like to add insurance or tracking to your order please Convo me prior to purchase. Generally, I ship orders 2-3 time per week depending on my schedule and the number of orders I've received. If you have a deadline for receiving your item, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate your needs. Once an item leaves my hands I cannot be responsible for delivery times or damage caused in shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

I am happy to accept returns if notified within 3 days of your receipt of the item. Shipping costs will not be refunded and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. The returned item must be received by me within one week of notification. Once I have received the return and verified its condition I will refund your purchase price through Paypal. If the item is damaged or shows signs of wear a refund will not be issued. I do take customer service seriously and am always willing to work out a reasonable solution to any dispute that may arise.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I love custom orders! If the items you see in my shop aren't quite what you need, or if you'd personalization on any item, please contact me. Turn around times for custom orders vary, but most items are ready for shipping within one week. They are always well worth the wait!
