Payment

I only accept paypal as payment method. I would greatly appreciate if all the items purchased would be paid immediately.

For forms of transactions such as paypal echque I know they can take up to one week to clear. All items will be shipped as soon as the payment has been cleared.

I reserve the right to refuse the sale.

Shipping

SHIPPING:
=============

I will attempt to ship all items within 3 business days (MONDAY - FRIDAY) that the Australia Post is open for service. I take great pride in shipping all the items purchased promptly.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
========================

All items will be shipped with the Australia Post AIRMAIL service unless otherwise requested. Please note that the shipping sometimes can take a bit of time, 2-3 weeks however the parcel should be there within 7-10 business days. I can only provide the estimates of the transit times, however once the item is in the mail the delivery of the item is up to the service provider.

Insurance is not provided by default with all items to ship. If the insurance is included in shipping and handling it is specified in the artwork description as such. I can only provide insurance to countries that Australia Post provides insurance on shipping to. (US, most of Europe)

If you would like faster shipping and handling I can ship via ECI service of Australia post, or courier. Please convo me for details.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA:
============================

Most of the items within Australia are shipped with the REGISTERED POST (excludes ACEO cards, and paintings of and less or equal A4 paper size) I can ship via the Express Post if required, please convo me for the details.


PACKAGING:

All items are carefully packaged by myself. I try with great care to pack all paintings safely and securely.

ACEO Cards: are shipped in the envelope with the sheet of cardboard in back to prevent bending.

A4 size paintings and smaller: are shipped in the C4 sized envelope with sheet of cardboard in back, paintings are packaged in the plastic sleeve.

Larger size paper paintings and some canvas paintings: are shipped in mail tube.

Stretched canvas paintings: are shipped in custom made boxes from recycled cardboard. All paintings are protected with the greaseproof paper and bubble-wrap so it is all shipped nice and snug. To pack these sometimes it takes me over 1h so please be mindfull of that.

I can provide giftwrapping service for extra fee. Please convo me with the request.

INSURANCE:
====================

By default the insurance is not provided on all items, however I do highly recommend it. The buyer takes responsibility for the items while in transit. Insurance is included in shipping and handling charges on items of 50$ and more value if it is specified as such in item description. If you would like to take out insurance on your item it is 9$ for first 100AUD value, and 2.50 after for international shipping. For shipping within australia it is the cost of the registration with registered post.

Please note on all customs forms the items will be marked as Merchandise not as gift. This option is not debatable.

Refunds and Exchanges

I usually do not accept refunds unless there was grave error on my part.

If the item was insured please note it can take about a month for Australia Post to process insurance claim. The shipping and handling charges are then not refundable.

The buyer takes the responsibility for the item while it is in transit.

If the item and packaging was damaged in transit please take photos of it before you open package and after and send them to me so I can process insurance claim. Also please lodge with your post office the claim that the item was damaged. Please contact me as soon as possible.

* we have represented the items to best of our abilities
* borders and watermarks on the image are for represention only they are not really on the actual work itself
* the colours, contrast, display of the image on you screen might vary from the original due to your monitor settings, I go through painstaking task trying to make them match to original
* the sizes of the item are approximate
* if you would like to take out insurance on the item while being shipped please let me know, and we can arrange that, buyer takes responsiblity for item while in transit.
* returns will be accepted and fees refunded in case the item is significantly different from one described
* Artwork copyright remains with the artist after sale, unless additionally purchased
* All works come with Certificate of Authenticity that is included in parcel when painting is shipped
