Payment

PAYPAL

I accept Paypal as payment for all buyers.

RME (revolutionarymoneyexchange.com)

I am now accepting payment via RME for US buyers. Please check "other" for payment with RME and I will send you an invoice.

MONEY ORDERS

I also accept money orders from US buyers (items will not be mailed until money order is received), please mail it within 3 days of ordering. Your order will be cancelled within 2 weeks if money order has not been received.

If you have any questions about payment please feel free to convo me. I will be more than happy to help. :)

UNPAID ORDERS/CANCELLATIONS

Any unpaid orders will regrettably be cancelled within one week unless buyer has contacted me.

Shipping

ADDRESS

I will send all shipments to this address and not your paypal address. Understand that I cannot be held responsible for any incorrect information given.

SHIPPING TURNAROUND

Prints are mailed within 1-3 business days after payment has been completed. Custom/larger prints please allow for 2-4 business days.

All items are shipped via USPS first class or first class international to save on shipping costs.

Unfortunately this also means first class mail does not guarantee a delivery time nor does it provide a tracking number.

Transit times will vary depending on location.

SHIPPING UPGRADES/INSURANCE/TRACKING INFO for US buyers

If you would like to upgrade your shipping to Priority, with Insurance and/or add the ability to track your package, please convo me and I will send you a separate paypal invoice for the added services.

Shipping rates include shipping, handling and packaging costs.

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do my best to ensure your item is packaged properly, using the post office's recommended photo heavyboard mailer for shipping 2-dimensional artwork and stamping Please DO NOT BEND on the package.

In the event you've received a damaged item, please contact me right away. I will happily replace the same item provided it is returned within 30 days of when the item was received by the customer.

Customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item and I will reship the item at my cost.

Additional Policies and FAQs

PRINTER INFO-

I use an Epson Stylus Photo R2400.

Its features include large gamut, pigment-based, Epson UltraChrome K3 inks which deliver brilliant, long-lasting, water-resistant prints that are guaranteed to last for up to 108 years in color and 200 years for black and white prints.

PAPER INFO-

I use Hahnemule's Photo Rag 308 gsm paper. It is a beautiful, heavyweight, museum quality, archival fine art paper with texture similar to hot press watercolor paper.

ARTIST SIGNATURE AND DATE

One last side note: open edition prints are signed in the back of the paper. Limited editions prints are signed, numbered and titled in the front of the print.
