Payment

I currently accept payment via Paypal only.

If this is not an option for you and you simply must make that purchase, then convo me and I’m sure we can work something out.

Any item not paid for within 7 calendar days from purchase will be deleted.
After 3 calendar days you will receive a notice from me reminding you of your purchase.
But due to my schedule, I will give no further notice for non-payments and will delete your purchase after 7 calendar days for payment not received.

Shipping

Senorita Soto is not responsible for any additional shipping or customs fees that may be incurred.
I usually ship the next day after payment is received unless otherwise stated in the item listing (ex. "made to order" items).
You will receive a shipping confirmation convo from me when your item is shipped.
If for whatever reason there is a delay on mailing your
purchase, I will convo you with the details.

Due to the difficulty in determining exact postage costs for all locations and all combinations of package contents, my shipping costs are an estimate.
If you would like your shipping/handling costs recalculated based on actual purchases and destination, let me know, and wait for an adjusted invoice.

All items sold in my shop, will be shipped to the address that matches both your Etsy profile and your Paypal account. Please make sure the addresses match prior to your purchase to avoid shipping delay. If the address is somehow different, please let me know when you purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges

I invite buyers to make informed purchases. Please feel free to ask as many questions as you like regarding queries on any item. I am always happy to assist in making your purchase a happy one.
I do not accept refunds or exchanges normally. Depending on the situation or in case of damages out of our control, I will consider the circumstances within reason. NO refunds for dissatisfaction caused by buyer's failure to fully read item descriptions.
All items are sold as is.

I post notice on shops main page when "on vacation" for more than two days.
