Payment

I require payment within 24 hours when paying with paypal. If you pay with a check. I will delay shipment until I receive the check and it clears my bank.

Shipping

I am usually able to ship out on the day of receiving the payment or the following day, depending on the time of day. If it is an item that weighs less than 14 ounces, it may be shipped 1st class mail.

I do also have a Fed Ex account and can ship to you that way if you are willing to pay the extra costs. If you opt for Fed Ex, I will need a phone number and a physical address, not a PO box. If you have it shipped to a business instead of a residence, it will save you a couple of dollars. Fed Ex from Hawaii to the Mainland is most often more expensive than USPS.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will not be responsible for items once they leave my control. It is not common for items to be lost in the mail but since most of my items are one of a kind, a replacement will not be possible in most cases.
