Payment

We accept all major debit/credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Credit card payments are processed through Paypal. You do not need to sign up with Paypal to pay with a credit card.

If you have an Australia or Singapore bank account, we can also accept inter-bank fund transfers. Bank account information will be provided to you by email after checkout. Current exchange rate is US$1 = S$1.50 and US$1 = A$1.25.

Transaction will be canceled if payment is not made within 3 (THREE) business days.

TURNAROUND & PACKAGING
All purchases are shipped within 3 business days. If paid by e-check, items will be shipped out as soon as e-check clears. Products are inspected for quality assurance, and then shipped in bubble mailers. All effort is made so that products reach you safely. You will be notified via email when your order ships. Please feel free to email me at starrybeads [!at] gmail.com if you have questions about your order.

Shipping

Shipping is via regular mail.

REGISTERED MAIL
Australia: not available
USA and International: Add $8

Registered mail is insured up to $70. If you would like registered, state under "Message to Seller" and wait for invoice before paying.

EXPRESS MAIL
Australia: Add $5

Starry Beads will not be responsible for missing packages unless registered and express shipping methods are chosen.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES:
Australia: 1 to 7 business days
International: 3 to 10 business days

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International customers are responsible for all customs, duties and taxes associated with shipping to their respective countries. Starry Beads will not be responsible for any customs, duties and taxes you might incur in your own country. Please read up on your country’s import fees before purchasing.

Refunds and Exchanges

We take every effort to ensure accuracy and quality of your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, do email me at starrybeads.aus [!at] gmail.com within seven (7) days of receiving the item. All queries will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, you receive a return/exchange authorization. Items returned without a return/exchange authorization will not be accepted.

The product must be in a new, unaltered and unused condition. Refunds will be issued in the same manner the original purchase was made. Your refund will be the full amount paid less shipping and handling. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. Do take extra precaution to prevent loss of mail. We will not be able to process a return/exchange should the package get lost during transit.

There will be no refunds and exchanges for sale, custom and made-to-order items.
