Payment

For international orders, I accept PayPal payment only at the moment. Payment is due within three days of purchase, after that I will relist the item and cancel the sale.

For commissioned items, I require a 25% deposit before completion of work. The remaining 75% can be paid once the piece is ready.

The buyer is responsible for any custom fees.

Svenska kunder: Om du vill betala med bankgiro går det bra, räkna ut priset i svenska kronor på www.xe.com/ucc och sätt in hela summan, inklusive porto, på bankgironummer 298-4870. Ange ordernumret från ditt Etsy-kvitto som referens. Du hittar kvittot under http://www.etsy.com/purchases.php där du klickar på "View invoice" för ditt köp. Ordernumret står längst upp på sidan.

Jag postar ditt paket inom 2 dagar efter jag fått full betalning till mitt konto.

Shipping

My aim is to mail your order to you within 2 days of payment (weekends excluded). All items over USD 50 are sent via registered mail.

Estimated shipping times:

Sweden 3-5 days
Europe 5-7 days
Everywhere else 7-14 days

If the addresses listed with PayPal and Etsy differ, I will ship to the address listed with Etsy, unless you tell me otherwise. If you like me to send the item to someone else as a gift, please just mention it in message to seller at checkout or contact me to let me know!

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to feel completely happy about your purchase, so please contact me if there are any problems. Items in unused condition may be returned at your cost for a refund of the purchase price. If you wish to return something, please contact me within 14 days of payment.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I'm happy to gift wrap the jewellery and/or send it to someone special for you at no extra cost - just mention it in the message box when ordering.

I leave feedback for our transaction after I have confirmation that you have received your purchase, either through email, etsy convo or feedback. When I'm a buyer, I leave feedback when I have received my purchase.

I reuse packaging materials in order to preserve natural resources, so please don't worry if the outer packaging looks less than perfect. Don't forget - it's what's inside that counts!
