SHIPPING POLICY

In the unlikely event that your purchase is damaged in the mail, we will repair or replace it for you as soon as possible. Please let us know as soon as it arrives if there are any issues with your purchase that may have been caused during shipping.


US SHIPPING

We use US Postal Service Priority Shipping with Delivery Confirmation on all of our standard jewelry and textile products. Furniture ships UPS Ground.

If you require a different method of shipping, we will happily try to accommodate you. Please contact us via Etsy Conversation before you place your order, so we may adjust the shipping cost accordingly.

RETURN POLICY

We take pride in the craftsmanship of each of our products, and we hope our customers enjoy them as much as we do. In the sad event that you are not fully satisfied, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase. The refund will be in the form of credit on the account with which you made your purchase. We regret that we cannot refund shipping costs.

We can only accept for refund products that are in original condition: clean, unused, and packaged for shipping.
