Payment

I accept payment via PayPal. You will be given 2 days to complete your payment before I cancel the sale. If you need additional time to put your money together, just let me know! I'll be more than willing to accommodate to your situation.

Shipping

All packages with a shipping fee of $7 or more are shipped via air mail by Canada Post with free package insurance. It normally takes 7-10 business days for arrival, so please be patient!

Insurance for other packages can be requested for an additional $1.70. Just let me know at the time of checkout.

To minimize your shipping cost, all flat items that require $3 shipping or less will be shipped in an envelope to maintain the 2cm width light package threshold.

If you live in some obscure town, or overseas, and would like better packaging, just let me know at the time of check out, and I'll invoice you the additional shipping charges depending on where you live.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final.

PIF listings and items with a $3 or less shipping fee are not insured, and all items with a shipping fee of $7 or more are insured. You are required to return the broken item(s) with the packaging to get a full refund or replacement. Please read the Shipping section if you require better packaging.
