About my quilts:
All of my quilts are machine-pieced and hand-quilted in a pet-free, smoke-free home. They are made with cotton fabrics and filling and high quality materials. I take great pride in the handmade techniques and quality of my quilts and I put my best in every quilt. Remember that handmade means there will be slight imperfections that are part of the unique charm of these quilts.
Care of your quilt:
Your quilt can be machine-washed in warm water and machine-dried. However, to ensure the longest possible life for your heirloom, I recommend that your quilt be washed in a gentle cycle (or hand washed) with a gentle detergent and line dried.
Payment
I accept payment with PayPal and credit card. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card: simply click next to the PayPal and credit card symbols during checkout. You will be given the option to pay by credit card without a PayPal account.
Payment is expected upon order. Your order will not be shipped until I receive payment. If I do not receive a payment within 3 days after your order is received I will attempt to contact you. If no payment is received within 10 days, I will cancel your order and re-list the item.
Shipping
The highest primary shipping cost in the order will be the shipping cost; the secondary shipping cost will be added in for all the other items in the order.
If your Etsy shipping address differs from your PayPal shipping address, I will attempt to contact you to clarify the correct shipping address. If I don't hear back from you on the correct shipping address within 3 days after receiving your payment, I will ship to your Etsy address.
Your purchase is being shipped from the United States. If you are located outside the US, I will be shipping your package by air mail. Once the package is out of my hands and in the hands of the postal service, I cannot be held responsible for what may happen to it, including lost or damaged packages. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me and I will do my best to replace the item or offer you a refund.
Please be aware that if you live outside the United States there may be a customs fee added to your package by your country’s customs office. Sorry, but I have no control or responsibility over these fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason upon receiving it, please contact me within 30 days of your order date. I will accept a return of the item in its original condition. You will need to pay the return shipping expenses. Please contact me first before returning any items. Once I have received and inspected the item, I will refund the full purchase amount, minus shipping fees.
