Welcome! My name is Karen. I love color, and I make bright, bold art glass and gemstone jewelry and kiln-formed glass housewares.

Payment

I accept payment via Paypal, Google Checkout, by personal check or money order. To pay with Google Checkout, select the "Other" payment method when checking out, and I'll send you a Google invoice. If you pay by check or money order, I will wait until your check clears to send your purchase.

If I don't receive your payment within a week of the sale, I will assume that you changed your mind and cancel the sale.

Shipping

I ship via USPS first-class and priority mail as soon as I can. Usually, your purchase will go out in the next day's mail. I'll always send you an email when I ship your order. If you need your purchase to come faster, I am happy to accommodate -- please contact me before placing your order so that I can adjust the shipping cost.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
If I haven't listed your country in my shipping destinations, please send me a conversation, and I'll be happy to calculate postage!

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be delighted with your purchase.

If you're not, I'll be happy to refund the purchase price of your item. Please contact me for the return shipping address, then ship the item in a box or padded envelope.

When I receive your package, I'll issue your refund through the method by which you paid. Please insure your package, as I can't be responsible for the loss of or damage to items during return shipping. The original shipping charges will not be refunded, but there is no restocking fee.
