Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Please make payments in U.S. dollars with Paypal or credit cards. Checks are welcome

All payments must be made in full within 3 days of ordering as is stated in Etsy’s policy. If payment is not received, your order will be cancelled and the item(s) relisted. For custom orders, the payment (including custom order fee) must be made in advance unless a special arrangement is made.

Shipping

Shipping in the U.S. is via First Class post with Delivery Confirmation. International shipping is via USPS airmail. For faster service, please send me a convo before your purchase.

We are happy to ship internationally but we can not be responsible for any duties or customs fees. They are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Items ship out within 2 to 5 days of confirmed receipt of your payment.

Though I package everything to ensure a safe arrival of your item, I cannot be responsible for a lost shipment as the responsibility falls on to the postal service (US or elsewhere). But be sure to contact me if you have not received your item within a month after your confirmed payment was made.

Refunds and Exchanges

In the case you receive the wrong item, I will promptly replace it with your correct order with no additional shipping cost to you. No returns are accepted, but please address any issues you may have with the purchased product. Our priority is making sure customers customers are happy & satisfied.
