Hello again! Herein lie my Shop Policies...

Payment

I accept PayPal. Please process your payment right away so I can get your item/s to you as quick as possible!

Please note that you do not need a PayPal account to use this service; you may simply enter your credit card information in the first payment window and that will be that!

Shipping

Items will be carefully and lovingly packaged in clean, respectable boxes and envelopes. I may use recycled shipping materials if I have them - every little bit counts!

I will ship your items through the US Postal Service (large paintings may be shipped FedEx due to size requirements). Shipping confirmation for destinations in the United States is included in the shipping price; I will send you the tracking number as soon as the item has been shipped. This service is unfortunately not available for destinations outside of the US, but I will let you know when the item has shipped and the estimated date of arrival.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will accept the return of an item for reimbursement, minus the cost of shipping. If there was damage during shipping, I will refund the entire amount - please send photographs of the damaged packaging so I can report it to the shipping company.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I most definitely welcome requests for custom orders. Due to time requirements I may not be able to accept, but by all means, send 'em my way!

Most of the dolls I make come with clothing that can be removed. If you would like to purchase additional clothes for these dolls, I am more than happy to work with you. We can work out designs, make an entire wardrobe! OK, now I am a little too excited!
