Using a money order increases transaction time; items will be shipped only AFTER payment is received and confirmed.

Refund: Only purchase price will be refunded according to specified stipulations listed by seller. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDED.

Shipping

SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING.

Purchasing insurance is highly suggested.

Most items will be shipped US Mail unless otherwise stated. Purchaser may request other shipping methods, however this will effect the shipping cost charged.

Refunds and Exchanges

Other refund/exchange policies may apply. Contact seller for specific information in regards to your purchase. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

We strive to have satisfied customers. We will be happy to repair a piece within 30 days of the original shipping date.

TUTORIALS ARE NONREFUNDABLE.

Special order items: When placing a special/custom order, please make sure to include all needed information. Custom and special orders MAY NOT be returned.

Purchaser must also pay a NONREFUNDABLE 50% deposit to cover the costs of materials and design time. A custom/special order item may be canceled only BEFORE the item is shipped to customer. However, the 50% deposit will not be refunded.

Please allow 3-4 weeks after all needed information is gathered to receive custom/special orders.
