Susan Elkin Photography creates an ambiance that reveals the depth of her subjects. She showcases the uniqueness of the ordinary, offering fine art, portraiture and commercial art.

Susan Elkin Photography offers breathtaking rural and urban landscapes of nature and streetscapes as prints, mugs, postage, totes, tiles and cards. Susan’s work ranges from flowers and landscapes to creative reflections. Susan’s ensemble of creative photographic images will amaze you.

Payment

I accept all the methods of payment that I know about to make payment as easy as possible for you!

Methods Include:

PayPal - you can pay through PayPal with a credit card even if you do not have a PayPal account.

Checks or Money Order - I need to allow checks and money orders to clear before I can send your order. So glad to accept them as long as you understand!

Other - I also accept payments through Revolution Money Exchange (RME)

Let me know if there are other payment methods you wish me to pursue.

Shipping

I usually ship the next business day. First class US mail will be used for small items. To ship the framed photographs, I will need several more days to prepare for shipping.

My local post office seems to be aware of any customs issue for outside the US. Please let me know if you know any specifics you feel I should be aware of. Please convo me if you have special shipping requests.

Refunds and Exchanges

When you purchase a print, if it comes damaged, I will replace it immediately. (This has not happened so far).

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund if you let me know within one week of receiving your order. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns and for returning artwork in their original condition.

If there is a problem with an order, let us know and we will replace it immediately for small items. For larger framed images, we will happily replace it once we receive the damaged item. There are no additional shipping costs.
