Hello, and thanks for appreciating and supporting unique, handmade art metal jewelry.

Payment

If you would rather not use PayPal, I am also able to process all the major credit cards through ProPay. You'll have to email me with your name, phone number, the stock number(s) of the piece(s) that you want, and the best time for me to reach you. My studio hours are generally in the afternoons and evenings, so arranging via email for a phone call is the most efficient way for us to connect. I'll call you to confirm your purchase and discuss arrangements for delivery and payment.

I am also willing to accept a personal check or money order if you're willing to wait for shipment to be held for 10 days until the payment has cleared.

State and local sales taxes totaling 7.50% will be added to orders from residents of Florida.

Shipping

All jewelry (except as noted in description)usually ships within 48 hours of payment confirmation.

Domestic:
I want both of us to feel assured that your purchase arrives in a timely fashion, and all in one piece! Therefore, I prefer to ship the more expensive items in USPS Priority Mail boxes. Cost ranges between $6-$10 (depending on insurance value) and will arrive in 2-3 days.

Earrings are shipped USPS First Class, insured, safely packed in bubble envelopes.

If desired, UPS or FedEx shipping are available for an additional charge.

International:
All items are shipped via First-Class Air Mail without insurance or a delivery confirmation (at your risk). For an additional cost, Priority Mail International is available if you would like your item shipped with insurance and a tracking number. Please contact me through email or etsy convo's to make special arrangements.

Items are packed in sturdy wheat-colored, cotton-filled gift boxes that have a label with my business name and logo.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason please let me know within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original packaging or similar (a sturdy shipping box with internal padding), mailed with delivery confirmation, and be insured for the purchase price. Your refund will exclude shipping costs.
