All garments and handbags are made with my own pattern drafts unless otherwise noted.

Payment

I accept PayPal and credit cards through PayPal.
Please note that you do not need a PayPal account to pay using a credit card.

Items not paid within 3 days, will be relisted unless discussed
with me prior to purchase.

Shipping

For U.S and international buyers, I ship by airmail and your package includes insurance for up to $100. Please contact me if you need more insurance. Please note that this does not include tracking.

***CANADA POST is expensive and I do my best to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Canada Post has a huge price difference between letter/packet mail under 2 cm and parcel/box mail over 2 cm. Due to this, I use envelopes whenever possible to keep packages under 2 cm. Please see packaging info below for more details.

***CANADIAN CUSTOMERS*** If you don't see a price listed for Canada, please contact me with your postal code so I can give you an accurate price. Shipping prices vastly differ from west to east and it's proven to be difficult to come up with a fair flat rate where I'm not severely overcharging or under charging. I have most prices listed for smaller items like jewelry and supplies. Sorry for the inconvenience.

For Canadian buyers, insurance is extra. Please contact me if you are wanting to purchase insurance or another shipping option.

Shipping costs can be found in each individual listing. I do combine shipping costs.

Items will be shipped within 48 hrs of receiving payment unless your purchase falls on a holiday. Please note that I have no control over delivery times once I have shipped your package. Sometimes packages do get held up at customs.

***I ship to the address that you have on file with Etsy. If this address is incorrect, please notify me. I will not be responsible for shipping to the incorrect address.

Canada 2-12 business days
U.S 6-12 business days
International 12-21 business days

***Any customs charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. I do claim the full amount of your package on the customs form for insurance purposes.

***Missing or Lost Packages

Please note that the delivery times are approximate and 90% of packages are delivered in the quoted time frame. A package is NOT considered lost or missing unless it has been undelivered for 6-7 weeks for U.S or Canadian destinations and 8-9 weeks for overseas. If your package is insured, please understand that I can't file a claim for your package until those time frames have past.

Refunds and Exchanges

I accept returns under limited circumstances. Please read descriptions carefully and ask any questions you might have before purchasing.

I make every effort to represent my items as true as possible through descriptions and pictures. Please understand that colors may vary slightly on different monitors.

***I often do use vintage components in my work which will be clearly stated in the listings. Please understand that vintage items are usually not perfect and may contain slight scratches, discoloration, dings, etc. I am upfront about anything that I think is a major flaw. I love using vintage pieces to create one of a kind work with character and charm. Often it's the little imperfections that make the item special and tell a story. Please do not purchase any vintage items if you are looking for perfect.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 5 days of receipt.

*Feedback*

I try to leave feedback in batches once a week. I apologize if you don't receive it right away.

If you have any problems with your order, please bring it to my attention before leaving feedback. I believe in giving the best customer service possible but I can't address an issue if I'm unaware of it.

*Packaging*

In most cases I ship jewelry in bubble wrapped envelopes instead of boxes. This allows me to keep the cost down with the post office. Jewelry is securely wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a beautiful matching organza bag. If your item is intended for a gift, I do have pillow boxes that I can ship flat with your envelope. Upon receiving your package, you can easily assemble the box for your gift.

For handbags and most children's dress up clothes, I use new garment boxes with tissue paper. The boxes are wrapped in brown paper for shipping. If you'd like your box gift wrapped, please let me know. I provide this service for free. I can also include a gift card with a message of your choice.
