Thanks so much for checking out my shop. I learned how to sew a few years ago and a friend of mine introduced me to etsy. It has been great selling and buying things here. I have made some great new friends.
I am a stay at home mom with 4 kids. I am married to my amazing husband of almost 15 years. God has truly blessed my life.
I really enjoy making bags. Although I don't have a ton of time, I fit it in when I can. Custom orders will usually take a week to two weeks. And I am in constant communication with you so that you know where your bag/purse is at.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of the order. Custom orders are due up front. Paypal is my preferred method, but if you prefer you can also send a money order. Product will not be shipped until payment has been received.
Luckily, I have not had any problems with paypal or not receiving payments.

Shipping

Priority Mail is the way I usually ship out my bags/purses. Occasionally, if it is a smaller bag and will fit in a bubble envelope, I will ship first class. But, I usually note that in the shipping price so you will know you can save a little bit.
I usually ship within 24 hours. Sometimes sooner, and if it will be longer, I will be in contact with you.

Refunds and Exchanges

Unless there is something wrong with your order,I will not do refunds or exchanges. But, I am an open person, please contact me if there is a problem with your order. I will do my best to make it right. I haven't had any problems in the 18 months that I have sold on etsy, or even locally.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I enjoy doing custom orders and if you would like to look around at fabric, please check out this shop, http://www.aboveallfabric.etsy.com, I buy from her often.
Custom orders can take up to two weeks, and sometimes less than 24 hours if the fabric is on hand. Unfortunately, I don't have as much fabric as I would like, so most of the times I have to order fabric. But, my wonderful fabric friend, gets it to me usually in two days.
I also look at the Alchemy section every day to see if there is any need. I am open to pretty much anything. However, I do not do consignment or wholesale orders.
