Payment

I currently accept PayPal payments. PayPal is a secure online payment system that is fast, easy and safe. You don't have to have an account, you can just pay with a credit card on their site.

Payment must be made within three days of purchase. I reserve the right to cancel the transaction if payment is not received within that time frame. If you would like an extension, please contact me.

Shipping

Shipping: Due to my day job and my health, I ship on the Saturday following receipt of payment. If you desperately need it shipped sooner, convo me and I will do everything I can to accommodate your needs. The listed shipping costs are only estimates. If the cost to ship your item is significantly less you will be refunded the difference. I also combine shipping, so if you purchase more than one item, wait for an adjusted invoice or a refund.

International customers: Because there are so many countries with myriad restrictions, neither Luminosities, nor I personally, can be held responsible for customs, duty fees, or restrictions.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and Exchanges: If your item is damaged in transit, I will replace it or refund your purchase price as long as the item is returned to me within ten days. If an item breaks during normal use within ten days of receipt, I will repair or replace it.
