Thanks for checking out my designs! Here you'll find a lot of custom, hands on service but I hope these policies can answer s lot of your questions from the start.

The proceeding policies are written for my wedding invitations and custom design/print jobs. Some will apply to all.

Payment

(1) I start designing your invitation after I receive your design reservation fee of $15 to $25+ depending on the project. *** see note at bottom ***

(2) If there is an excess of materials needed to complete your project I require a down payment totaling 40% of the order. (this would include invitations with folders, color envelopes, and/or card stock backing)

(3) Finally I will list your proof. Upon approval the remainder of the balance is to be paid. I do not start producing invitations or other custom jobs without an approved proof and final payment. After payment, production varies per projects but usually takes about 7 to 14 business days.

I Design on 80 lb - 110lb cover card stock, flat, recycled, and linen stock. White, ivory, or chocolate envelopes are included in my price. Invite sizes available: 5.75 x 5.75, 5 x 7, and 9 x 4 (for most designs).

Here are some typical prices*
:: a single layer invite + envelope + rsvp + rsvp envelope: $4.00
:: invite in folder/enclosure + envelope + rsvp + rsvp env: $6.00
:: an invite in a pocket + envelope + rsvp + rsvp envelope: $5.25

and custom packages can be made - ask for a quote

Extras*
:: add ribbon - $.40 to $.75
:: additional inserts (4 to a page) one sided - $1.00 ea
:: upgrade to colored envelopes - $15 - $25 flat fee
:: return address printing on envelopes is an extra $20.00 flat fee - includes outer and rsvp

Check my shop announcements for occasional sales and to see if I am taking clients at the moment. From time to time my design time books out.

Large orders can receive a discount - ask me

*** The design fee does not include unlimited changes to your design. Typically for this price you will receive 3 to 4 designs which is normally plenty to get the job done. If your design becomes extensive I will charge extra design fees***

Shipping

I ship USPS, priority mail (carefully) with confirmation. It usually arrives in about 3 days. I do work with international customers. You can contact me for a rough shipping quote.

Because of the size of my business I am unable to offer reimbursement if your package is lost or stolen but if you would like you can purchase postal insurance with your standard shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

Because most of my work is highly custom I do not accept returns of exchanges.

I haven't had an unsatisfied customer yet but if you are worried please purchase a sample set in my store. I can send you a hard copy sample of your final proof before I make a million and we'll all be happy!

Additional Policies and FAQs

I reserve the right to charge extra design fees if your project is returned for multiple changes. I support brides and store owners who like things just right but sometimes for time purposes I can't support them for free. I will talk to you first about any extra charges.

Remember these are handmade invitations. Although I pour all the love and care into them as I can they are just not the same as those invites mass produced in China - Thank goodness! I have a feeling you're going to like them.

Turn around time for wedding invitations right now are 3 to 4 weeks (from start to finish) BUT this depends highly on the bride and groom. Multiple design changes, not returning emails quickly, or being slow on payment all effect your outcome! I also order my envelopes and folders online so let me know your choice early for shipping times not to interfere.

I produce printed materials between 7 and 14 business days after payment. I do not keep regular hours and I do not work weekends because I am a mom - and a darn good one - but I do try to be prompt.

I do a lot of custom work and my supplier has a lot of colors that you don't see in my shop so please contact me and I'll let you know if what you need is something I could do or not.
