I take care to produce and provide quality items and stand behind my workmanship 100%. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, I want to make it right.

Payment

Payment Methods: I accept PayPal and Money Orders.

Payment Due: Kindly pay within 3 days of purchase. I reserve the right to cancel a sale and relist an item if not paid within that timeframe. If you need more time, please convo me and perhaps we can arrange something.

Shipping

Shipping: See individual item listing for shipping options. If you prefer another method, please convo me after purchase, before making payment, so I can adjust the total due.

I will ship to almost anywhere worldwide, but due to varying International postal rates, please convo me with your postal info before your purchase so I can quote an actual shipping fee to your location. Thanks!

Insurance: Please consider adding insurance to your shipping options as I will not be held responsible for in-transit damage or loss without postal insurance.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds: Your satisfaction is important to me! All non-custom listings are eligible for refund unless specified otherwise in the item listing. In the event that you wish to return an item, you must communicate your intent within 7 days of receipt and I must receive the item within 10 days of that communication. Unless otherwise agreed upon, I will refund your purchase price, minus original shipping fees, once the item has been received by me in it's original condition.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom Orders: I happily entertain custom requests. If I agree to a custom order, I reserve the right to request a deposit of all or part of the order price up front to cover material costs and risk. If an order is cancelled once it has been started (materials purchased or labor commenced), I will retain a portion of the deposit to cover those costs and refund the rest, if applicable.
