My jewelry is all handmade by me using only the highest quality products. My inspiration comes from many things. First and foremost, my passion is traveling. I can’t get enough of it. My very first trip to Europe gave me a glimpse of an entirely different world for which I am forever grateful. My heart and soul truly belong to London and NY.

My pieces are also inspired by my other passions-literature, art, music, movies, legends and quirky things that have caught my attention over the years. Lately its been some of my favorite writers, authors, and artists – Millay, Parker, Plath, Wylie, Bronte, Fitzgerald, Marquez, Kahlo, Rivera. I LOVE, LOVE the Little Mermaid because she’s fiercely independent, I am mesmerized by the era of the flapper girls, 1920’s, 1930’s and 1940’s. My alter ego and pet name is Nancy Drew Girl Detective, I love pearls and crystals, anything in shades of pink and red, I am fascinated by the members of the Algonquin Round Table, Coco Chanel, Madonna, Marie Antoinette and Elizabeth I. My favorite movie is “In the Mood for Love” by Wong Kar Wai because it tugs at my heart and its visually stunning. I am also a music fanatic – I love all types of music. Put all of this together and you get jewelry that reflects a small part of me.

Payment

Pink Mermaid accepts paypal only. Payment must be made within 48 hours of sale.

Shipping

Most pieces are made to order by me. This may delay the receipt of your piece. Please be patient and know that I am meticulous while creating pieces and will make sure you receive the best piece possible.

Most pieces are shipped within 10days of receipt of payment. If you pay with an eCheck, your order will not begin processing until your check has cleared. All items are shipped via USPS Priority mail. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items in transit. INSURANCE IS NOT INCLUDED.

If you are an international customer (including Canada) please convo me with your order and I will provide you with the shipping cost and an invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges

Should you have any questions or concerns, please be sure to email me. In the event of any problems after receiving your item, please let me know asap and I will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Pink Mermaid offers equal exchanges (for 30 days after receipt of your piece) and does not process refunds. All shipping costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the buyer. The returned item must be insured and must be returned in original condition.
