Payment

Immediate payment is preferred but according to Etsy you have 3 days to complete the payment process. After three days the transaction will be canceled.

Shipping

All orders are shipped using USPS through Paypal. Packages are sent first class with delivery confirmation. Shipping occurs Wednesday and Saturdays but orders are often mailed out the same day. Internation shipping is scheduled for Saturdays.
Sellers who use Paypal must mail their packages to the address provided through Paypal in order to qualify for the transaction protection. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR ETSY AND PAYPAL ADDRESS MATCH.


Prints and cards arrive in new archival cello sleeves to protect them.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns are not allowed. If your item arrives damaged please contact me immediately. The sooner you are in contact with me the quicker I will be able to exchange the item for you.
Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your package.
