Welcome

Lulu's Leap represents Lulu's (my nickname) leap into the business. I work full-time in healthcare, and it's refreshing to see the other side of the professional coin. I don't use any patterns, I think of bag designs, jot down a few notes, whip out the colored pencils to sketch, and then I start the actual creating. Each step of the process brings a new sense of excitement!

Payment

I accept Paypal, and have accepted personal checks in the past although I prefer to stick to paypal because it's safer for everyone:)

Shipping

I always ship Priority Mail (which is usually 2-3 business days), I ship all purses/bags in big enough boxes so they will not arrive crushed, hopefully not even wrinkled:) I like to use recycled boxes when shipping bags to do my part to save the planet:) I can ship out items on most days of the week, and I will include the day that I plan to ship the item out in my "thank-you" convo.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will accept returns and exchanges. Returns accepted for full refund (although buyer will need to pay to ship the item back to me)if item is in same condition as it was when they received it.

I'm a nice girl, don't be afraid to just convo me and ask your questions. If you have a special request for something (ie: gift wrapping, custom order, different shipping method, different box, different address) just let me know:)
