Thank you so much for visiting Små Blå. Please take a few minutes to read my policies. If you have any questions at all, just send me an email or a "convo" and I will get back to you as quickly as I can.

Payment

At this time, I only accept payments via Paypal. All purchases must be paid for in full within 1 day (unless special agreement has been confirmed) otherwise I will assume you are not intending to complete the transaction and I will cancel the sale and relist the item.

But don't worry - any action from me, will be notified to you via email and convo in advance. Sometimes life gets in the way and I completely understand that. Should emergencies appear, just let me know and we will find a solution together.

LAYAWAY
Only orders of $100 or more (shipping cost not included) are valid for layaway. If you wish to purchase with layaway - book item/s via the normal Etsy checkout - but do not continue to Paypal to pay. Contact me about your request for a layaway plan but please note - the "Message to the seller" option on the order is easy to miss, so please use a convo or an email. I will then send out new Paypal invoices.

Orders $100 - $299
1/2 of order value as a down payment
1/2 of order value + shipping cost to be paid within 30 days

Orders $300 and above
1/3 of order value as a down payment
1/3 of order value to be paid within 30 days
1/3 of order value + shipping cost to be paid within 60 days
Of course, if you wish to fulfill your payments ahead of these time limits, it will not be a problem. :)

When order is paid in full your item/s will be sent out immediately.

If order is not paid in full within stipulated time frame, the purchase will be cancelled and all payments will be forfeited. Item will then be relisted and available for others to purchase.

But as always - I am convo friendly - so don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions about this or anything else regarding Små Blå.

Om du betalar med VISA, MasterCard eller annat kort, klicka på Paypal-symbolen. Du kommer att vidarebefordras till Paypals hemsida där du kan välja att öppna ett Paypal konto eller att endast betala med kort. Du behöver alltså INTE ha ett Paypal-konto för att genomföra köpet.

Shipping

Hot topic! We all want to keep our costs down as much as possible and I understand shipping fees are an issue. But I guarantee that the shipping fees I charge, are in fact the actual cost the Swedish Post will charge me for sending something to you. I do not charge you for packing and handling of the order, nor for gas driving to the Post or the lunch I bought going there... or anything else. Only the actual shipping cost.

All orders will go out 1-2 days after cleared payment. They will come in a sturdy gift box or gift wrapped and well packed in bubble wrappers or cardboard box depending on size, with First Class International Mail (formerly called "Airmail").

The Swedish Post calculate shipping cost in different weight brackets and geographical zones:

Sweden / Europe / Overseas
0 - 20grams
21 - 100grams
101 - 250grams
251 - 500 grams .... and on...
Recorded delivery is $9 extra.

I will ALWAYS ship to the shipping address supplied by Etsy. If you want me to ship to another address, please let me know in the "message to seller" box at the time of your purchase.

IMPORTANT - International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be thrilled and overjoyed with your purchase. Should you for any reason not be, please contact me within 48 hours of recieving the item and we will talk.

Jewellery should be worn and loved by its owner. And I would rather see that you send the jewellery back to me, than not be happy about it and never wear it. I will issue a refund, minus shipping charges.

Please note - sale items and custom designs are non-refundable. These are always final.

International shipping can sometimes take forever... or so it feels. If you are worried about a lost package, please contact me and we will find a solution.

If you receive a damaged package, please make sure to take photos of the package prior to opening it. Also make sure to document any damages on jewelry and gift wrapping and then contact me.
